1Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information. One account per phone number. You are responsible for everything done under your account.

2What we do

We run an online classifieds board where people post listings for jobs, businesses for sale, housing, vehicles and services. We are not a party to any deal between users. We do not employ, rent, sell or verify anything listed. You deal with other users at your own risk.

3Accounts and phone verification

Signing up requires a U.S. phone number verified with a one-time code sent by SMS. Message and data rates may apply. Keep your login private.

4Listings

Basic listings are free and stay up for 14 days; you can renew them when they expire. You must have the right to post what you list, and it must be true and up to date. Do not post:

• scams, fake or misleading listings;
• illegal goods or services, weapons, drugs, or adult or sexual services;
• housing or job ads that discriminate in violation of fair housing or employment laws;
• pyramid or multi-level marketing schemes;
• another person's private information without their consent;
• spam, duplicate listings, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

5Moderation

We may review, re-categorize, hide or remove any listing, and suspend any account, that breaks these terms, with or without notice. Use the Report button on a listing to flag a problem.

6Paid features

A Featured listing is placed at the top of the board for 7 days for a one-time fee of $15, shown before you pay. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Price changes do not affect features already paid for. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. A listing removed for breaking these terms is not refunded.

7Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display and copy it to run and promote the site.

8No warranty

The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that listings are accurate or that the site is always available.

9Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10Indemnity

You agree to cover our losses from claims caused by your listings or by your breaking these terms.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by California law. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Orange County, California.

12Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new effective date here. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
